The 9pm call you miss is the job you lose.

Sam is an AI phone receptionist built for HVAC shops. It answers every call — nights, weekends, holidays — books the job, and texts you the details.

No voicemail. No "we'll get back to you." While your competitors' phones ring out, yours gets answered on the first ring, every time.

The demo takes about 60 seconds. Talk to Sam like a customer with a dead AC — it will try to book you.

SAMThanks for calling Carolina Comfort HVAC, this is Sam — how can I help you today?
CALLERHey — our AC just quit. It's 84 in the house and the kids can't sleep.
SAMI completely understand — no AC in this heat is miserable. Let's get a tech out to you. Can I get your name?
CALLERMike Torres. Number's 919-555-0147.
SAMLet me read that back: 9-1-9 … 5-5-5 … 0-1-4-7. Did I get that right?
CALLERYep, that's right.
SAMYou're booked for tomorrow, 8 to 10am. The tech will check it on site and give you an exact quote before any work starts.

After hours is when the expensive calls come in

Nobody's AC dies at a convenient time. When a homeowner calls at 9pm and gets voicemail, they don't leave a message — they call the next shop on Google. Most shops lose 2–4 after-hours calls a week that way. Sam makes sure yours isn't one of them.

How it works

Your number stays your number. Sam picks up when you can't — or on every call, if you'd rather never touch the phone again.

1

A call comes in

After closing time, on weekends, or while you're under a house — the call rolls to Sam instead of voicemail. Sam answers on the first ring, in your shop's name.

2

Sam handles the call like your best front-desk hire

It figures out what the caller needs, collects their name, callback number, address, and what's wrong with the system — then reads the number back digit by digit and confirms it before hanging up. No garbled numbers, no lost details.

3

The booking lands on your phone

You get a text with the job details — who, where, what's broken, when they want it. You show up to a booked job instead of a missed call.

Built for HVAC shops in the Raleigh–Durham area — the demo answers as "Carolina Comfort HVAC," a sample shop. Yours answers in your name, with your hours and your service area.

What Sam handles

  • Service bookings — name, callback number, address, the problem, and a preferred time window, all confirmed back to the caller.
  • Emergencies — for no-heat, no-AC-with-kids-home, and similar calls, Sam gets the details first and flags it for a fast callback.
  • Hours & pricing questions — Sam shares what you've approved (like your diagnostic fee) and never invents a repair quote. Bigger numbers wait for your tech's on-site diagnosis.
  • Existing appointments — takes the caller's name and number so the office can confirm.
  • Wrong numbers & sales calls — handled politely and wrapped up fast, off your plate.

Gas smell? Safety comes before booking.

If a caller smells gas, Sam tells them to leave the house and call 911 or their gas utility — immediately. Some things matter more than a booked job, and Sam's script knows the difference.

Run your own numbers

Fair questions

Does it sound like a robot?

Sam speaks in a natural voice and keeps answers short, like a person on the phone — callers interrupt, mumble, and change topics, and Sam keeps up. Don't take our word for it: the demo above is the real thing, live. Call it and try to stump it. And if a caller asks directly whether it's an AI, Sam answers honestly.

What happens on a real emergency?

Emergencies jump the line. Sam collects the caller's name, number, and address first, then flags it for a technician callback within 15 minutes. If someone smells gas, Sam tells them to get out and call 911 before anything else.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your number stays exactly as it is — calls simply roll to Sam when you're closed, busy, or on another call. Your customers never see a difference except that somebody always picks up.

What does it cost?

It depends on your call volume and hours, so pricing happens on a short call — no games, you'll get an exact number. Book 15 minutes and we'll play the demo live and quote it for your shop specifically.

How do we start?

We build your version of Sam with your shop's name, hours, services, and service area, and you hear it — and can stress-test it — before it ever answers a real customer. Nothing goes live until it sounds like your shop.

Tonight, somebody's AC is going to quit.

When they call your shop, who answers? Hear Sam handle it — then let's put your name on it.
